33% of healthcare SMEs leverage big data for diagnostic advancements: TTBS study

According to the latest “SME Digital Insights” study by Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) in collaboration with Cyber Media Research (CMR), 33% of healthcare SMEs are harnessing the power of big data analytics to achieve diagnostic breakthroughs, while 31% are utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline operations and accelerate drug discovery efforts.

The study highlights cloud technology as a central force in this digital evolution. With 40% of surveyed healthcare SMEs recognizing cloud adoption as a key factor in enhancing security compliance, the cloud is proving to be a game-changer for healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses. It offers improved efficiency, optimized costs, and secure data management, enabling these companies to navigate the fast-changing healthcare landscape effectively.
