Rural innovator comes up with technology to kill SARS-CoV

New Delhi: Narishma Chary Mandaji, a rural innovator who is known for re-glowing the dead tubelights, has come up with a technology claimed to be capable of killing all sorts of viruses including the SARS-CoV.
