New Delhi: Paras Health Gurugram has launched a state-of-the-art liver transplant ICU, designed to deliver the highest standards of care and comfort for patients undergoing liver transplant procedures.
The facility features a 10-bed capacity, each room equipped with advanced medical technology, positive pressure rooms, and HEPA filters to ensure optimal patient outcomes and minimize infection risks. The new ICU aims to provide a sterile environment, with meticulously maintained sterility in all areas, including regular sanitation of all surfaces and equipment.
A key feature of the new ICU is Reverse Barrier Nursing, which ensures personalized attention and immediate response to medical needs or concerns. The rooms are designed to allow natural daylight, promoting a healing environment and contributing to the overall well-being of patients. Additionally, the ICU is equipped with advanced monitoring systems and life-support equipment, with ample space for patient ambulation, crucial for recovery and reducing the risk of post-operative complications.
