BSV, FOGSI, and Women with Wings launch ‘Gynovation’ to revolutionize women’s health

New Delhi: Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), in partnership with the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) and the patient support group Women with Wings, has launched Gynovation, a pioneering platform dedicated to innovations in women’s health. 

This initiative focuses on spreading awareness and providing continuous education to the scientific and medical communities. The inaugural edition of Gynovation covered a broad range of topics, such as future innovations in gynecology, developing a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, addressing challenges and opportunities in women’s health, and innovators sharing insights on valuable innovations in women’s health.

Dr. Jaydeep Tank, President of FOGSI, highlighted, “Reports suggest that while women are half of the world’s population, only 1% of health care research spending goes toward female-specific conditions not related to cancer. Innovation is the need of the hour. Medical innovations, social innovations, and innovations in patient care and treatment protocols will lead the way for a significant impact on women’s health and well-being. Gynovation will feature a series of expert master classes on trending topics such as digital health, AI in gynecology, and Femtech. These classes will share global trends, best practices, and tips for healthcare practitioners, assisting them in practising innovation.
