Gati Diagnostic Centre gets equipped with India’s first DRX Compass by Carestream India

New Delhi: Adding to its diagnostic capabilities, Gati Diagnostic Centre in Sikar has became the first diagnostic centre to add the Carestream DRX Compass to its diagnostics repertoire.

Speaking about the launch, Niraj Srivastava, General Manager- Sales North Carestream India, said, “During our discussions, we understood that the centre wanted to have a world-class digital radiology solution with superb image quality that supports the accurate diagnosis, enhances workflow efficiency, increases the productivity of radiology department and caters to the demands of patient convenience as well. The DRX-Compass helps navigate and accelerate towards superb performance with a solution that grows with its customers. DRX Compass is US-FDA and EU approved and compliant with ALARA principle. It also offers radiologists the flexibility to customize their fully featured room as per the floor space, workflow and budget.

Dinesh M.N. (IPS), Additional Director General-ACB, inaugurated the installed, state-of-the-art radiology solution in the centre.

The early launch was attended by 200 doctors and roughly 800 other people who were impressed with the Full Room DR System. The investment in the DRX Compass allows Gati Diagnostic to become a fully-fitted diagnostic center while pushing the envelope of digital radiology towards the less prominent cities of India.
