IPL Biologicals and Spain’s AFEPASA partner for global registration of bio-pesticides

New Delhi: IPL Biologicals has partnered with AFEPASA, a leading European manufacturer of bio-control, nutrition, and plant bio-stimulation solutions. This partnership aims to globally register and market IPL’s proprietary microbial bio-pesticides, which have shown high efficacy in trials worldwide.

The collaboration will kick off with the registration of IPL’s flagship nematicide, starting in Europe and expanding globally. With chemical products often proving ineffective against nematodes, the demand for IPL’s biological solutions is expected to rise significantly in the global market.

The agreement was signed at AFEPASA’s office in Spain, with IPL Biologicals represented by its President, Harsh Vardhan Bhagchandka, and AFEPASA represented by its CEO, Manel Montaño. The joint venture is expected to benefit farmers worldwide by offering effective solutions against hard-to-control pests, reducing reliance on chemical pesticides, and improving both crop yield and quality.
