SanHar ABS India secures HIMS order for Wockhardt Hospitals, to leverage AI for healthcare digital transformation

New Delhi: SanHar ABS India has secured the Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) order for Wockhardt Hospitals, a renowned chain of multi-specialty hospitals.

The development will see SanHar ABS India enhancing hospital operations, streamlining workflows, and improving patient care by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven advanced automation and analytics through Mappingtag, its proprietary HIMS solution.

The collaboration marks a major milestone in AI-driven healthcare management, making patient care smarter and more efficient. The solution will be accessible through smartphones for real-time patient records, appointment scheduling, and hospital management — enabling Wockhardt Hospitals to implement cloud-based solutions, voice-enabled interactions, and AI-powered chatbots for patient engagement and hospital administration. Implementing the AI-powered HIMS will allow Wockhardt Hospitals to reduce up to 30% administrative and operational costs while enhancing billing accuracy and revenue cycle efficiency up to 25%.

Mappingtag is also projected to enhance staff efficiency by reducing up to 40% manual workloads, allowing doctors and nurses to access data up to 25% faster for better patient care. By leveraging AI, medical errors are estimated to be reduced by up to 35%, while patient wait times will be shortened by up to 20%.
