Thanos Technologies and IFFCO to transform fertilizer application on 10 lakh acres

New Delhi: Thanos Technologies has announced a partnership with the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited. (IFFCO). The newly signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) marks the beginning of a transformative initiative aimed at revolutionizing agricultural practices across India.

Under this strategic collaboration, Thanos Technologies will facilitate the aerial spraying of fertilizers over an extensive 10 lakh acres of farmland in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. The project will deploy over 500 state-of-the-art drones to ensure efficient and timely fertilizer application, optimizing the process and leading to improved crop yields and reduced resource wastage.

To achieve this, Thanos Technologies will collaborate with leading drone service providers, including Vayu Drone, Aerotics Technologies, and Electra Agri Green. The economic impact of this large-scale deployment is expected to be significant, with a projected business value of INR 50 crores for Thanos Technologies and its partners. Additionally, Thanos Technologies will offer incentives to service providers to encourage their participation in this ambitious project.
