Anup Dhingra appointed GSK’s Supply Chain Lead for Indian Sub-Continent

With over 27 years of in-depth experience, Mr Anup Dhingra will spearhead the Indian initiatives of GSK while being based out of its Gurgaon office


New Delhi: GSK Consumer Healthcare has announced the appointment of Anup Dhingra as the Supply Chain Lead, Indian Sub-Continent. Anup will be a member of the India Leadership Team and will be based in Gurgaon. He succeeds Jaiboy Phillips, who has retired after 4 years with the company.

Anup who holds a B.Tech (Gold Medalist) from GB Pant University, Nainital joins GSK from Reckitt Benckiser where he was Supply Director Poland and was responsible for the company’s largest operations globally.

Announcing the changes, Manoj Kumar, Managing Director, GSK Consumer Healthcare, said “Anup brings in 27 years of in-depth experience and exceptional knowledge of the industry. Anup’s earlier roles within Reckitt Benckiser included Projects Director – European Supply Chain and Head of Manufacturing – India, during which he supervised eight manufacturing factories in the country, producing a range of FMCG and Pharma products. Prior to this he worked with Johnson & Johnson, Gillette, Eicher Tractors & CEAT Tyres.
