Hyderabad: Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd announced today the commercialization of Vozet Tablets in India, indicated for the treatment of allergic Rhinitis and chronic Urticaria.

The Vozet Tablets contain Levocetirizine 5 mg, and are available in a strip size of 10. It is used for the treatment of symptoms of allergic conditions, reddish itchy weals, dust or pet allergies, swelling in the skin, inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose, year-round allergies, and other conditions.

The anti-histamine market in India had sales of INR 1,038 crore MAT for the most recent twelve months ended in March 2017, according to IMS ORG. Dr Reddy’s will further strengthen its anti-allergy portfolio with the addition of Vozet.
