Pristyn Care unveils Innovation Lab to propel AI breakthroughs in Indian healthcare

New Delhi: Pristyn Care has announced the launch of the Pristyn Care Innovation Lab (PCIL), an incubator designed to foster artificial intelligence (AI) advancements in the healthcare sector. The lab will serve as a testing ground for early-stage AI startups, offering them the opportunity to pilot and validate their products in real-world healthcare settings.
Out of 47 applicants, a select few AI startups will be chosen to collaborate with Pristyn Care. The initiative aims to accelerate the development of AI technologies that can revolutionize healthcare delivery in India, with the names of the selected startups to be announced soon.
The Indian healthcare market is projected to reach USD 650 billion by 2025, with AI’s market share expected to grow to USD 1.6 billion, according to a report by Nasscom and Kantar. Recognizing the critical need for innovation, Pristyn Care’s Innovation Lab will provide startups with comprehensive support, including real-world testing, product validation, ecosystem access, growth opportunities, infrastructure support, sales support, and marketing and business expansion.
Startups will benefit from access to anonymized patient data, operational workflows, and pilot programs in specific departments such as patient interaction and insurance analysis. They will also receive expert feedback from Pristyn Care’s medical and operational teams, allowing for performance benchmarking against traditional methods. Additionally, the lab will offer mentorship from Pristyn Care’s leadership, networking opportunities with healthcare professionals, and introductions to early-stage and angel investors.
The Innovation Lab will provide essential infrastructure, including office space and technology resources, to support the startups’ operations. Additionally, startups will receive assistance with sales strategies, market expansion, and business scaling to help drive their growth.
