Sahajanand Medical Technologies appoints Priyanka Cohen & Harvinder Singh to its Board of Directors

New Delhi: Sahajanand Medical Technologies (SMT), a global cardiovascular device company, has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors: Harvinder Singh as an Independent Director and Priyanka Cohen as a Director.

Harvinder Pal Singh brings over several years of leadership experience across international markets, having held senior roles at Integra Life Sciences Corporation and Abbott Laboratories. He is currently the Executive Vice President and President, International at Integra Life Sciences Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Singh held several key global leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories. We believe his deep understanding of global Medtech dynamics and commercial innovation will add immense value to SMT’s global growth ambitions.

Priyanka Dhirajlal Cohen a trial attorney by profession and one of the promoters, joins the board with a strong background in law, governance, and public service. She has held roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. We believe Ms. Cohen’s legal expertise, strategic perspective, and strong alignment with SMT’s long-term vision will meaningfully enhance the Board’s governance and decision-making.
