SS Innovations surpasses 2,000 robotic surgeries with SSI Mantra System

India’s first Indigenous surgical robotic system achieves milestone with zero mortality and expands access to advanced healthcare

New Delhi: SS Innovation has completed 2,112 surgeries using its SSI Mantra Surgical Robotic System. This achievement underscores the growing impact of advanced surgical technologies in India and globally, with no recorded device-related complications or mortality.
The range of surgeries completed with the SSI Mantra system includes 812 general surgeries, 661 in urology, 287 gynecology procedures, 124 cardiac surgeries, and 127 colorectal cases. Additional procedures spanned thoracic, gastroenterology, head and neck, and plastic surgeries, demonstrating the system’s adaptability across multiple medical disciplines.
