Usha Rajeev joins Paras Health Board as Independent Director

New Delhi: Paras Health has announced the appointment of Usha Rajeev as an Independent Director on its Board. With over 29 years of experience in governance, audit, and risk management from her career at Price Waterhouse India, Rajeev’s addition is expected to significantly enhance the board’s capabilities.
Usha Rajeev began her career with Price Waterhouse in 1988 and served as a Partner for over 19 years until her retirement in May 2018. Her extensive experience in audit and risk management is anticipated to contribute substantially to Paras Health’s governance and strategic growth.

Rajeev holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi’s Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Her educational background and professional experience make her a valuable addition to the Paras Health Board.
