New Delhi: AIC-CCMB and SINE, IIT Bombay, together are organizing the HealthHacks 2023, a Hackathon to award the best minds in Big Data analytics, and Life-Sciences under the TIDE 2.0 program supported by MietY and MietY Startup Hub.
Through this event, organizers are looking for passionate individual student innovators, research scholars, or early-stage startups who want to explore the boundaries of technologies to address pressing problems in the healthcare domain.
The perceived challenges, including but not limited to, are:
  • Integrating databases on Genomics, Diseases, and Patient Data – Challenges in Format compatibility/optimization
  • Tools/Strategies to assess the quality of Data
  • Response time in variant calling from Genomic data for understanding disease biology
  • Data display Genomic data visualization tool/dashboard
Selected ideas can get an opportunity to incubate at SINE, IIT Bombay, and AIC CCMB (subject to review and policy of the incubator), prize money, and funding opportunities.
