New Delhi: AIOC 2019, the world’s 2nd largest ophthalmic congress, has for the first time harnessed the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for supporting an event of such a huge size and impact. Its organizer, the All India Ophthalmic Society (AIOS) collaborated with Gravitas,  a London based Artificial Intelligent company to disseminate scientific programme details through Ella (AI powered digital team mate), the next generation digital assistant.

Ella employs the concepts of Natural language Processing (NLP), automation, deep learning, self-learning and a lot more to support high quality user journey.

Ella, which is available as app as well as highly customisable solution, is quite versatile, and can be used across industries and sectors. For healthcare sector, Ella improves organisational internal productivity and enhance patient experience by addressing a number of pain points in the realms of practice management.

In addition to Ella, Gravitas has launched another app ‘Luv U Doctor’ for digital marketing for medical practices.

Gravitas has officially launched  India operation on 16th February 2019 at AIOS, where the CEO, Sumit Kumar)and the CCO, Mr Mukesh Sinha were invited as key note speakers to talk on “Role of AI in Practice Management”. Even in the pre-launch phase, Gravitas has done very impressive collaboration with some of the biggest names in the Industry. They have also been invited to participate in the 4th international conference, by Voice Of Healthcare, for start-ups on 22nd February at Pragati Maidan Delhi.

Gravitas has launched three Apps for medical fraternity and patients namely, Ella for Doctor, Ella for Patient and Luv U Doctor.
