New Delhi: Bright Lifecare Private Limited, known for its brand HealthKart, has teamed up with Unicommerce, a leading e-commerce enablement SaaS platform in India, to enhance its e-commerce supply chain.
This collaboration aims to automate HealthKart’s order processing and fulfillment across its webstore and various marketplaces, while also empowering third-party sellers on the platform.
HealthKart, a prominent omnichannel retailer of nutrition products, will leverage Unicommerce’s Multi-channel Order Management and Warehouse Management Solutions to optimize the delivery of its popular brands, including MuscleBlaze, Gritzo, and HK Vitals. These advanced solutions will allow HealthKart to streamline operations and manage orders more efficiently as demand for health and fitness products continues to rise in India.
In addition, HealthKart will utilize Unicommerce’s Seller Management Panel, enabling over 400 third-party sellers on the HealthKart marketplace to fulfill orders directly from their respective locations. By expanding its product catalog and allowing sellers to manage order fulfillment independently, HealthKart expects to maximize sales and reduce operational costs.
Siddharth Jain, Senior Vice President at HealthKart, expressed, “We are a new-age brand with technology at our core. As the demand for health and fitness products continue to grow among Indian consumers, we are focused on embedding best-in-class technology solutions to enhance the experience and efficiency for our buyers, vendors and others users.”
Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, added, “Health & Fitness have become a prominent e-commerce segment and we are excited to be a part of HealthKart’s growth journey as their technology provider.”
Unicommerce, which serves over 3,600 clients, including D2C brands, retail, and e-commerce companies, has solidified its presence in the sector with over 250 technology and partner integrations. The company manages 8,300+ warehouses and 2,950+ omni-enabled stores across geographies, handling an annual transaction run rate of 850+ million order items.
