New Delhi: IHH Healthcare has unveiled a new brand identity, marking a milestone in its ongoing transformation to build a future-ready healthcare system.
The refreshed identity unites its 70,000-strong workforce and trusted brands – Acibadem, Gleneagles, Fortis, Island, Mount Elizabeth, Pantai, Parkway and Prince Court – under a common aspiration to Care. For Good.
The launch coincided with the inaugural FutureHealth. Now conference in Kuala Lumpur, which brought together more than 300 leaders from healthcare, government and business to debate the future of care. Malaysia’s Health Minister, Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Dr Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad, highlighted the role of private providers in easing pressure on public systems, creating jobs, and positioning Malaysia as a regional health hub.
The discussions spanned four pressing themes – value-based care, integrated care, future-ready care, and sustainable care – reflecting the challenges and opportunities reshaping healthcare globally.
In his opening remarks, Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Dr Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad, Health Minister of Malaysia, said: “Healthcare is not just a public good. It is an economic multiplier, a national investment, and above all, a social contract with the people. Private providers like IHH do more than deliver care. They create jobs, drive investment, spur innovation, and strengthen Malaysia’s position as a regional health hub. Equally important, private hospitals ease congestion in our public system by absorbing patient volumes, offering specialist services, and reducing waiting times for patients who seek faster access to care.”
Across its key markets, IHH is aligning its transformation with local priorities. In Malaysia, it is working with government bodies, insurers and providers to tackle medical inflation through value-based outcomes, tracking more than 360 quality indicators across high-volume procedures. In Singapore, the group is promoting active living and mental wellness through its extended sponsorship of the Singapore Sea Regatta, set to return on 13–14 September at Marina Bay.
In Türkiye and Europe, Acibadem has strengthened its position with the acquisition of Bayindir Hospitals, expanding to more than 40 hospitals and medical centres across the region. In India, Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare India have combined networks and resources to expand access, with plans to add 2,000 new beds by 2028. In North Asia, new ambulatory centres in Shanghai and Hong Kong are taking care closer to patients’ homes, reducing costs and supporting preventive health.
Together, these initiatives reflect a broader shift towards integrated, value-driven, and accessible healthcare across IHH’s global footprint.
