Raminfo unveils Kisan Drones, plans to open 100 centers across India in 2 years

New Delhi: Raminfo Limited has announced the launch of Kisan Drones Private Limited, envisioned as a “Drone-as-a-Service” platform, which is set to enhance farming practices through cutting-edge drone technology.

The new venture aims to deploy technologically advanced drones across agricultural fields, offering services such as precise field mapping and efficient fertilizer spraying. This advancement is expected to significantly boost agricultural productivity and refine modern farming techniques.

The initiative will focus on grassroots engagement by providing farmers with access to high-quality drones, comprehensive servicing, and pilot training. Additionally, aspiring drone entrepreneurs will receive the necessary financing and support to establish their businesses, making Kisan Drones a comprehensive solution for both new entrepreneurs and experienced drone pilots.

Over the next two years, Kisan Drones plans to open 100 centers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha. These centers will include both mini and major stores. Mini stores will offer basic drone services, while major stores will provide extensive support, including qualified drone pilots to guide farmers in selecting the appropriate drones for their needs.

The initiative also aims to create over 1,000 entrepreneurs in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within the next 12-18 months, linking drone service centers with operators. Kisan Drones will play a crucial role in aligning demand for drone services with producers who provide these services. Kisan Drones Pvt Ltd is set to collaborate with industry OEM players to bridge the gap between technology and traditional agriculture, furthering Raminfo’s vision of integrating cutting-edge technology into farming.
