Roche and Hitachi extend partnership for 10 more years

New Delhi: Hitachi High-Tech Corporation has announced the extension of its long-standing partnership with Roche, committing to at least 10 additional years of collaboration.

This renewal solidifies the relationship between the two companies, leveraging their combined expertise in diagnostics innovation, engineering, and manufacturing.

Since 1978, Roche and Hitachi High-Tech have been working together to deliver innovative diagnostics solutions to communities worldwide. Their collaboration has resulted in an extensive global reach, with over 84,000 diagnostic units installed globally, serving those in need.

The partnership has been instrumental in introducing groundbreaking innovations in the field of in-vitro diagnostics, to address current and future healthcare challenges. One notable advancement is the pioneering ‘serum work area’ concept, which integrates clinical chemistry and immunochemistry into a single system, streamlining diagnostic processes.
