Turbostart invests $1 million in Ai Health Highway to revolutionize healthcare with AiSteth

New Delhi: Turbostart has announced a $1 million investment in Ai Health Highway as part of the company’s Pre-Series A funding round. Ai Health Highway, known for its tech-driven solutions in healthcare, aims to revolutionize the early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through its AI-enabled stethoscope, AiSteth. 

This investment forms part of a broader $1.5 million funding round, with co-investment from prominent players like Rainmatter by Zerodha, The Chennai Angels, BITS BioCyTiH Foundation, and other angel investors.

AiSteth is India’s first AI-powered stethoscope, designed to assist healthcare professionals and non-specialists diagnose cardiac disorders by accurately interpreting heart sounds. Equipped with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and signal processing capabilities, AiSteth converts traditional stethoscopes into efficient tools for the early detection of life-threatening heart conditions. 

The innovative device integrates seamlessly into existing medical workflows, offering primary care providers easy access to heart sound analysis and data-sharing, significantly improving healthcare accessibility and affordability.

Ai Health Highway, founded in 2018, aims to reduce global premature deaths caused by NCDs by 30% by 2030. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that NCDs are responsible for over 41 million deaths annually, underlining the urgent need for early diagnosis and treatment. The funds raised will strengthen Ai Health Highway’s presence in India, advance regulatory approvals internationally, and expand its AI/ML offerings in the cardio-respiratory domain.
