In a move that reflects Even’s distinctive approach to clinical leadership, Dr. Chandrika Kambam has been elevated to Director of Balloon Healthcare Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Even, responsible for all healthcare delivery at Even Hospitals. The appointment is notable within the healthcare ecosystem, where doctors are rarely positioned at the helm of institutional governance. Dr. Chandrika’s elevation reinforces Even’s belief that clinical excellence and organisational leadership must go hand in hand to deliver consistently better patient outcomes.

Further strengthening the company’s commercial leadership, Chandan Kumar has been elevated to Chief Business Officer, Even, where he will oversee revenue growth, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across Even’s offerings.
