Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth partners with University of Leeds for advanced medical education

The new partnership aims to enhance healthcare education, foster research collaboration, and equip students with global skills

New Delhi: Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Leeds, UK.
The collaboration aims to foster academic cooperation and friendship, allowing students to benefit from the strengths of both institutions. It will provide students with the skills necessary to excel in the global marketplace. The partnership includes the development of collaborative research projects, joint academic activities such as courses, conferences, seminars, symposiums, and lectures, as well as the exchange of research personnel and faculty, student placements and exchanges, and the sharing of publications and other materials of common interest.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Hai-Sui Yu, Interim Vice Chancellor and President of the University of Leeds, and Dr. Nirmal Coumare V., Director of Hospitals at Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Prashanth Rajagopalan, Trustee of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Dr. Urjitha Rajagopalan, Trustee of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Prof. Nihar Ranjan Biswas, Vice Chancellor of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, and Ms. Asha K., General Manager (Admin) of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth.
